As we endeavour to grow, we are recruiting for a Bid Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will join a company that values its stakeholders, whilst proudly contributing to the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence and Royal Navy, as we are renowned for the development and manufacture of innovative, bespoke Consoles, Racks and Enclosures, Display and ICCP (Signature Management) supplied to the UK Royal Navy.

This role will support the Head of Bids in delivering annual orders by successful management bids and tenders. You will plan, lead, organise and control the tender and bid process to accurately define all costs and risks involved whilst maximising the Company’s opportunity of securing the contract. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Engineering, Business Development, Production, Suppliers and of course the Customer.

We are ideally seeking someone who can demonstrate a proven record in delivering complex bids or tenders and preferably with a technical background. If you have expertise in delivering to strict timescales and high standards we would love to hear from you.
