£30,000 - £35,000 + £1500 shift bonus + No Nights/Weekends + 4 Day Week + Overtime + Fantastic Training & Career Progression + Benefits (Holiday, Pension)

Factory based (Liskeard, Saltash, Plymouth, Callington, Bodmin, Two Waters Foot, St Germans commutable)

Shift - Double Days - Week 1: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm / Week 2: Monday - Thursday 1pm -10.15pm

Are you a Electrical Maintenance Technician/engineer with experience working on large or industrial machinery looking for a role within pioneering, blue chip manufacturer where you will be invested in with bespoke training and be able to substantially increase earnings with overtime while working a sociable shift pattern?

This business is the leading Manufacturer of specialist products sold across the UK and worldwide. Due to continual success of the business and exciting plans for large scale growth and expansion, they are looking for a motivated Maintenance technician to join their team to offer a fresh and innovative approach within onsite maintenance.

In this role, you will play a key part in all onsite preventive and reactive electrical maintenance ranging from fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs. The position will give you autonomy across all aspects of maintenance and new machinery implementation as well as multiskilled training opportunities. The role is on Shift (Double Days) with both training and progression opportunities.

This position would suit an individual from an electrical background looking to expand their skillset within a market leading company offering technical training and a friendly working environment

The Role:
*All onsite reactive and preventative maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics
*Multiskilled training opportunities as well as career progression into team leader roles
*Double Days - Week 1: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm / Week 2: Monday - Thursday 1pm -10.15pm
