Location: Aldershot
Salary: £13p/h - £16p/h Negotiable

Job Profile
Joining a collaborative team as a Production Technician, you'll contribute to the production of high-precision components for clients within the aerospace and automotive sectors.
Duties:
- Conduct setup and execute lapping operations on precision parts.
- Provide support across various areas including lapping, polishing, deburring, and component cleaning.
- Perform thorough component cleaning prior to inspection.
- Ensure machines are operated in accordance with guidelines.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work environment.
- Report to Unit Manager promptly regarding any issues or delays.
- Adhere to company's quality management system and health & safety protocols.
Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in engineering or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
- Adaptability and quick learning abilities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:45, Friday: 06:00 – 13:00
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half rate for approved additional hours.
