£12.00 per hour

20 hours per week to start – flexible with hours.

Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for an Engineering company based in Nuneaton. This is a position suited to candidates with experience working within an engineering environment and supporting various departments with Administration.

Role responsibilities –

• For the role of Accounts Administrator, you will be supporting various departments with administration as well as taking control of the accounts.
• You will be involved in duties such as purchasing, invoicing, sales/purchase ledger and sales administration.
• You will be creating purchase orders and invoices as well as wages for the role of Accounts Administrator.

Role requirements –

• You will be required to have experience working within an engineering environment and strong administration experience for the role of Accounts Administrator.
• Experience with Sage is required for the Accounts Administrator role.
• You will be liaising with various departments and facilities, and therefore customer service skills are a must for this position.
• Experience with Factory Master would be highly advantageous.
• This role will be part time, working 20 hours but this could increase to 25.
