Electrical Assessor

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

• Aiding, teaching and supporting electrical apprentices
• Managing allocated case load
• Visiting apprentices on site and reviewing written and practical work
• Planning and organising apprentice case load efficiently and effectively

• Providing constructive and detailed feedback to case load on apprentices
• Undertaking related administration

There will be other duties as required and full job descriptions will be provided to candidates shortlisted by Hooray Recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Electrician with three years' experience
• Well organised and tenacious with ability to manage own workload
• Positive, upbeat and friendly with excellent communication skills particularly with young people
• Competency on Word and Excel
• Although it would be helpful, you do NOT need to already be a qualified assessor although the top end of the salary will only apply to individuals who are
