Fit Out Site Manager - Ashbourne, Co. Meath

The client are delighted to be growing their team with the addition of Fit Out Site Manager, to join their team in an exciting 6 month contract role in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

The project is a 2 phase delivery with phase 1 commencing in February.

Phase 1 will be a 9-10 week delivery and phase 2 will commence directly after.


You will be:

• Manage the project site end to end from module install right through to handover
• Co-ordination of works with all sub-contractors.
• Manage the health and safety for the project
• Prepare draft preliminaries, other reports as necessary and attend Design Team Progress Meetings 

The Fit Out Site Manager is a senior site leader is responsible for the delivery of the project. 


You will have:

• 5+ years’ experience working in project management or a minimum of 2-3 projects delivered across different industry sectors 
• Track record of the delivery of excellent standards and behaviours in HSEQS 
• Excellent people management (direct and subcontracted) and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring the excellent delivery of projectsjon
