Shift - 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

Synergi are recruiting for a Manufacturing FLM to join one of the leading FMCG Manufacturers whose product is consumed across the world. This is the chance to join a company who will help you develop and grow.

Key Accountabilities

• Actively engage individuals and teams in the Safety First culture, managing people effectively through robust leadership skills and in compliance with AB internal policies and procedures
• To lead and facilitate individuals and teams to deliver optimal levels of performance on cost, resource, service requirements
• To drive product quality through all systems available and people
• To contribute to the optimisation of a production plan, operating the production plant in the most efficient and cost effective manner
• Ensure that development and training needs of individuals are consistently applied to create a proactive environment of learning through relevant documentation (learning logs)
• To actively encourage individuals and teams to continuously challenge and improve manufacturing processes
• To optimise work cross-functionally providing insight and control over the bakery infrastructure.
  

The Right Person

Essential

• At least 3 Years experience within a FMCG environment
• IOSH accredited
• Proven leadership and management experience and
• Be able to demonstrate people and performance experience
