M&E Designer – Facilities Management

Leeds (hybrid)

£60,000 + Car Allowance

Your new company
A consultancy and Asset Management business that are looking to grow their team with an M&E Designer to work across commercial projects in a variety of facilities. They will be offering progression and training for the right candidate.


Your new role – M & E Designer – Asset Management

  • Working in a hybrid/home based role in the asset management department.
  • Support the asset management team in identifying ways to reduce cost, improve efficiency and drive best value across client portfolios.
  • Managing various small projects across various commercial properties, including the design phase.
  • get involved with Decarbonisation / net zero projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with asset life cycle replacement projects and identifying alternative solutions
  • An in depth knowledge of HVAC Equipment and design.
  • The ability to carry out asset surveys and manage minor projects from concept to completion.
  • The ability to go through SC clearance.
