This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrically or Mechanically qualified Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a commercial property in Liverpool Street. Our client is looking to take on an experience Maintenance Engineer to join their team of experienced engineers to undergo PPM and Reactive Maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems on site, respond to emergencies, liaise with subcontractors, fill out log books and add further value to their services.
Our client is a UK Market Leading Building Service provider who are winning contracts on a regular basis, with this role, you will receive additional training, valuable experience and the chance to progress internally in your career. This role will follow a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM on a static site

Duties:
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler systems
- AHUs, FCUs
- Generators
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Pumps & Motors
- BMS Operation
- Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Prior Building Service Maintenance experience (3 years prior)
- Apprentice trained - Desirable
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with site folders, E-logbooks and other forms of documentations
Salary and Benefits:
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8 -5
- 25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays
