Job Title: Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer

Location: South London SW9

Position Type: Full-time, Shift Basis (Days and Nights)

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000

Are you an experienced Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking fully qualified Engineers to join our team for a prestigious commercial building in Central London.

Responsibilities:

· Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems within the building.

· Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.

· Respond to emergency call-outs and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.

· Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operation of the building's electrical systems.

· Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any findings to the management team.

Requirements:

· Fully qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications.

· Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably within a commercial setting.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and components.

· Ability to work on a shift basis, including days and nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
