Job Title: Water Treatment Account Manager.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £38k - £50k + Company Car + Bonus / Commissioning Scheme

We are working with a leading expert within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry. They are now seeking to recruit a Water Treatment Account Manager to join their team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of steam boilers, cooling towers, and closed systems and will be able to manage contracts across High Security, Food & Beverage, Heavy Industry, and Healthcare sites. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking company, who have plans to expand in the near future. The role would suit candidates that are confident in both maintaining existing accounts, as well as, promoting company growth through the sourcing of new accounts and the cross selling of remaining services. Consideration will be given to candidates with good access to the M1. Good locations include; Burton upon Trent, Stoke-on-Trent, Beeston, Nottingham, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Chesterfield, Matlock, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Worksop, Mansfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Huddersfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Strong sales / account management experience.
" Will have a strong background in the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry.
" Exceptional knowledge of steam boilers, cooling towers, closed systems, and chemicals required.
" Able to manage workload and work in a challenging environment.
" Well versed in ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
" Able to communicate well via phone, email, face to face.


The Role:
" Managing steam boiler, cooling tower, and closed system accounts.
" Efficiently managing the company's existing clients as well as sourcing new business.
" Continuously promoting company services to new and existing clients.
" Acting as first point of contract for clients, dealing with any issues efficiently.
" Providing internal management with regular financial reports.
" Conducting training with new and existing employees.
" Confidently selling remaining services to clients.
" Working alongside the sales department and getting involved with the internal sales process.
" Ensuring to meet KPIs and targets.
" Providing clients with quotations / tenders upon completion of site surveys.
" Will work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ensuring that agreed deadlines are being met.
