£35000 - £40,000 + No Callout + Technical Training + Progression Routes + 28 Days Holiday + Pension

Site Based, Commutable from Truro, Falmouth, Redruth

Shifts: 4 on 4 off OR 5 on 2 off

Are you a maintenance engineer, looking for a role where you will receive excellent technical training on both electrical and mechanical systems of bespoke production machinery, used to manufacture award winning products, loved by consumers on a global scale?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an engineering manufacturing background to become fully trained on both electrical and mechanical systems, while working on state of the art machinery in a high spec factory, offering genuine opportunities for technical development and progression.

Supplying their award winning product on a global scale, this company is a well-known manufacturer within the drinks industry. Due to exciting expansion plans and constantly increasing demand for their product, they are looking for additional engineers to join their friendly team of experts.

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you will play a crucial role in all onsite preventive and reactive maintenance on specialist machinery. You will have autonomy across all aspects of maintenance and new machinery implantation; this role offers excellent training on their specialist machinery and will provide you will fantastic routes to continually develop your technical skillset, as well as progress your career long term.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to technically progress, working within a team of experts who will support your long term development in a highly autonomous role with a market leasing company.

The Role:
* Reactive and PPM on a range of manufacturing equipment
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern

* Maintenance engineer, ideally from an FMCG or packaging background
* Ambitious and looking to develop
* Happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
