Do you have a background in Optics and are looking to join an industry leading company where you will lead a team whilst working on ground-breaking projects?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a growing team whilst leading innovative research projects. This role will be based out of their modern purpose-built facility and will be overseeing all design objectives.

This role would suit someone an understanding of optics, who is looking to manage their own team and receive progression opportunities into directorship.
