A reputable manufacturing company based in Worcester is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their team. This role reports to the Production Manager and involves producing precision components using CNC milling machines and Hypermill CAM software.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise Hypermill CAM software to generate CNC programs for milling machines.
Set up and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC milling machines efficiently.
Produce high-quality components according to 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
Maintain strict adherence to specified tolerances and quality standards.
Collaborate with management to achieve company objectives and policies.
Ensure a clean and organised work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Time-served engineer/toolmaker with proven experience in CNC milling.
Proficient in CNC setting, operating, and programming, with CAD/CAM expertise.
Capable of interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Skilled in using various measuring instruments.
Previous experience with Hypermill, Heidenhain, or Mazatrol is advantageous.
Self-motivated with a positive and flexible approach to work.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
