Job title: Electrical Improver/Fabric Technician

Location: Covering a variety of mixed commercial sites within Enfield

Terms: Permanent contract - 4 on 4 off (Days only: 7am - 7pm)

Salary/rate: Salary is paying £30,000 + Van and Fuel card

About the role:
We are looking to take on board an Electrical Handyperson to cover a large mixed-commercial contract. They are looking for a reliable Electrical Handyperson to contribute to the works and running's onsite and to report straight back to the Site Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are delivered to agreed timelines and SLA's / KPI's, including emergency lighting, and remedial works Responsibility for ensuring that all relevant help desk calls (both planned and reactive) are fully completed with sufficient information and are either; signed off or a work order is created within our system, and returned for further scheduling

Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience within the building services industry, with knowledge of occupational health and safety, statutory regulations, and codes of practice applicable to the maintenance division.
* Strong building services background.
