Sentinel Temporary Works Site Supervisor

We require a Sentinel Temporary Works Site Supervisor on a short-term role in London.

You must hold a temporary works supervisor ticket and sentinel card for this position 

This role would only suit someone who is available to start straight away.

You would be Supervising  a team of contractors working on behalf of the company  (troughing works for signalling upgrade, installation of new signal bases, foundations, formwork, steel, and concrete

pours), support construction manager with construction activities on site, monitor subcontractors.

Attended weekly planning such as: integration meetings/race card meeting/whiteboard meeting.

Writing up daily reports and controlling daily tasks, control the quality of works/progress.

Supervising health and safety on site, promoting safe working practices in line with legislation and HSE guidelines/ delivery of toolbox talks/daily shift reports /start of shift briefing, safety inspections, site diary.

Delivered high standards in efficiency, quality and team management.

Coordinating, scheduling, and directing and motivating personnel and subcontractors, successfully.

You would be supervising a construction project of up to 1 million, closely monitoring costs to ensure the budgetary targets were maintained, consistently delivering completed projects on time.

Proficiently supervise the construction project, efficiently review the project plan daily with team in order to identify and resolve potential issues.

Collaborate closely with senior engineers to review schedules and support resolution of challenges to ensure milestones were achieved on time.

Liaise and work closely with contractors establishing productive relationships.

Oversee implementation and adhere to operational and work environment health and safety procedures, consistently monitoring site to assess additional potential risks and put the control measures in place to minimise risks.

Being the company main representative with clients Ensuring the contractual obligations are fully met.
