One of the leading Facilities Management companies are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineer l to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract covering a static site in Brighton with the opportunity to go perm for the right person.

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

Duties:

  • To undertake planned building services preventative maintenance and reactive duties as required to predominantly electrically biased equipment making sure all paperwork / documents are accurately completed within specific timescales across commercial building. (emergency Lighting, fault finding etc)
  • To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks of a basic mechanical / plumbing / Handyman duties.
  • Ensure contractual services are delivered in such a way that it is possible to achieve agreed SLA's and quality targets.
  • To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections e.g. emergency lighting tests, etc.
  • Attend training courses funded for as required for business purposes.

Person Requirements

  • Fully qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer (18th Ed)
  • Experience of building and facilities maintenance.
  • Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
