Job Overview
TSR are now looking to recruit an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a long-standing client of ours to cover the North West area.
An exciting and varied role, the suitable candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects for values between £10,000 and £250,000.
Day To Day Duties
- Project / Contract management of Electrical schemes within specific sectors
- Commercially manage projects responsible for
- Procurement
- Management of in-project Health & safety
- Client, survey, progress, design & handover meetings
- In-project admin
- Some Estimating of projects will be needed
Essentials
- Minimum 3 years experience gained in Electrical Project / Contract Management
- Manage electrical project values between 10k 250k
- Experience of managing teams and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Competent in the use of a range of IT packages
- Proficient in Health and Safety legislation and compliance
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
- You must hold a full current UK driving licence
