Are you an experienced Contracts Manager working within the Air Conditioning sector? Are you seeking a new challenge with an established and growing AC and Solar PV company that encourages development opportunities?

This company is a specialist provider of air-conditioning and renewable energy services and has been established for 7+ years. They offer their services to both the commercial and residential property markets and are recognised players across the UK within their field. They have recently won multiple large scale projects and intend on further growth over the coming months. They're now seeking a driven individual whose eager to receive training opportunities within a specialised and growing sector.

In this role the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing a team of AC Engineers, while ensuring successful execution of multiple projects across the Northeast. You will assist with the planning, budgeting and scope of various works while adhering to the goals and timelines to ensure effective completion to meet or exceed the clients expectations. You will also get the chance to learn and participate in projects within the renewable side to the business if and when desired.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced AC Engineer and able demonstrate technical knowledge. You will hold previous experience in a Contracts or Project Management position and eager to seek a new challenge with a growing company.

The Role:
* Excellent progression opportunities as the company grows

* Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors and clients
* Leading project teams, providing guidance and direction to all team members
* Travel across the Northeast to various sites
* Monday - Friday (39 hour working week) with an earlier finish on a Friday

The Person:
* Experienced HVAC Engineer
* Holds previous Contracts / Project Management experience
* Positive, enthusiastic and driven individual
*Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling to site across the Northeast
