Inspection and Testing Electrician (Social Housing)

Salary/Rate:
£36,000 - £40,000/annum

Looking for 3 Sub contractors atleast 3 days a week  with own viechle and tools 

Sub-contractor - EICR rates for this contract is ££55
Smoke install £15
Smoke renew £5

carrying out fixed wire test and inspection on Social Housing

  • electrical testing
  • Produce minor works certificates
  • Will be required from to carry out Electrical Testing EICR
  • Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
  • Adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures at all times
  • Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations and best practices within the electrical industry

Essential Criteria

  • Fully qualified electrician
  • Fixed wire testing experience
  • AM2

or

  • NVQ Level 3
  • 2391 or 2394/5
  • 18th edition
  • JIB card preferred
  • Must have minimum 1 years’ experience (post qualification) working in the social housing environment
  • Testing experience
  • Full Valid UK Driving License
