Energy Manager - FM Service Providor - Hull/ Lincoln - £50,000 + Package

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Energy Manager to join their team, based in either Hull or Lincoln, UK. As an Energy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy management strategies across multiple sites, with a focus on optimizing energy efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive energy management plans for multiple sites, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to analyze energy consumption patterns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with site managers and stakeholders to implement energy conservation measures and promote sustainable practices.
• Monitor energy usage and performance metrics, tracking progress towards energy reduction goals and providing regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in energy management and sustainability.
• Provide training and support to site staff on energy conservation practices and the use of energy-efficient technologies.
• Work closely with external vendors and contractors to implement energy-saving projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Proven experience in energy management, preferably in the facilities management or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of energy conservation principles, energy efficiency technologies, and renewable energy sources.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of energy regulations and compliance requirements, including ISO 50001 and other relevant standards.
• Proficiency in energy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel between sites in Hull and Lincoln as needed.
