£40,000 - £42,000 + Van + Fuel Card + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

Your new role

• Working in a mobile multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a portfolio of retail sites across Stockport and South Manchester, Stoke-On-Trent and 2 sites in North Wales. 
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. 
• Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, light replacements, light maintenance, filter changes and cleaning on AHU's, water hygiene, flushing, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties. 
• You will be liasing with clients and stakeholders at different levels daily.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications – Level 3 & 17th or 18th edition. 
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.  
• Strong communication skills.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
