As a Principal Structural Engineer within this growing consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading preliminary and final design stages, along with overseeing inspection and renovation projects.
• Generating innovative solutions to enhance the value of our clients' projects.
• Leveraging your expertise in civil and building structures, encompassing design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering design software.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Managing numerous projects simultaneously and allocating resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Leading and managing a team of project engineers and technicians accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in structural design across various civil and building structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla
• Solid grasp of industry standards and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
