Job Title: Highways Project Planner
 
Location: Bristol
 
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum
 
My client are a civil engineering contractor providing highways maintenance and ground engineering services within the South-West region, working on a variety of frameworks with high profile clients.
 
Due to continued contract successes within the area, they're seeking a Highways Project Planner with NEC4 experience to join the team based within the office in Bristol.
 
Key Responsibilities of a Highways Project Planner:
·Manage project timelines
·Problem-solve any issues related to highways projects
·Collaboration with the project delivery team to communicate deadlines and budget information
·Promote continuous business improvement through applying best practice project planning
·Provide programme structures for delivery teams
 
Key Requirements of a Highways Project Planner:
·Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent qualification
·Demonstrable highways experience within a similar project planning role
·Working knowledge of NEC4 is essential
·Strong understanding of highways legslation
·Good numeracy skills and ability to communicate with internal teams
