A unique Pharmaceutical client based in the Merseyside region, who work within nutrition and related industries are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.

Scope of Position:

• Project management of 2-3 capital projects totalling :
• Process CIP:enable beneficial use through automation of a previously-installed skid system
• Seed Steriliser: installation of an automated valve cluster to enable beneficial use of previously-installed skid system
• Potentially the replacement of depth filters with cartridge filters on 6 fermenters and 6 seed vessel. Project may be postponed.
• Scoping of upgrade or replacement of site control system.
• For legacy projects, ownership of planning and project delivery to commissioning and handover
• For new projects, a scope and collation of user requirements
• Legacy projects don’t have written scope or URS but are partially implemented

Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years project experience with a degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Pharmaceutical/BioPharma Projects experience
• Full lifecycle Project Management
• Cost Control
• Scheduling and achieving schedules
• Delivery of projects within a GMP environment
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standards
