This is a superb opportunity for a Service Engineer to join a business who are experts in machine installations. As a Service Engineer you will carry out those tasks necessary to achieve the objective of engineering maintenance and installation in accordance with the site HSE standards. 

Service Engineer Benefits

• Salary up to £41,000 depending on experience. 
• Overtime paid door to door 
• Nest pension 
• 22 holidays + statutory leave (Christmas shutdown also) 
• Van provided for work and fuel card 
• Tools provided. 
• Work hours will vary depending on the work but core hours around 8am – 4pm (40 hour basic week). 
• Opportunity to work within a small but stable team 

Key Duties

• As a Service Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: 
• Machine Maintenance & Breakdowns
• Relocation and to support with the machine installation in new factories. 

Requirements of a Service Engineer

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria: 

• You must possess the relevant mechanical qualifications Apprenticeship trained or equivalent within Mechanical Maintenance. 
• Able to read from a drawing.
• Have previously worked within the heavy industry. 
• Previous experience gearboxes, conveyors, or material handling machinery.
