I am currently looking for a sharp, motivated, strong and technically proficient Estimator to join my client in the Cambridgeshire area. They have a number of exciting projects going on and are really looking to build their team.

If you are an Estimator with commercial, fit-out and refurbishment experience and really invest in their staff and always look to push people into higher positions, staff retention is fantastic!
Someone with fantastic core values such as Integrity, have pride & passion as well as delivering quality. New methods of working which drives efficient behaviours and continuous improvement.

Experience / Skills:

• Analysis of tender documents/contract terms

• BIM-enabled design
• Costing/developing whole life cycle costs
• Developing sub-contract terms and conditions
• Developing a value proposition (cost, durability, low carbon, aesthetic)
• Developing tenders
• Obtaining prices and dealing with variations

• Reading technical drawings
