Welder/Fabricator

A specialist engineering company within a niche market who provide full training and offer progression opportunities to enhance skills are now looking for an experienced MIG welder to jump on board as they continue to grow.

To be suitable for this vacancy you will have experience of MIG Welding working with mild 3mm stainless steel on large products. Working in this fabrication department you will have the opportunity of overtime during the week and Saturday mornings.

Location: Thetford, Norfolk

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 16:00pm

Hourly Rate Starting at £14.50 per hour but is negotiable DOE + holiday pay + Overtime at 1.5x Duration: Temp to Perm or Permanent

• MIG Welding at 3mm mild stainless steel

• Reading engineering drawings

• Working to timeframes

• Quality checking and inspection

• To work on large components

• Compliant with companies health and safety

Candidates must have:

• Previous MIG Welding/Fabrication experience

• To be able to work independently

• Strong verbal and written communications

• H&S experience

• Physically fit

• Confidently read engineering drawings
