Key Requirements:
- 1st or 2:1 degree in a numerate, analytical, or technical subject or equivalent.
- Ideally, a grade A in Maths A-level.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent written and numerical skills.
- Some experience or interest in computer coding, scripting, or data analysis.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and break down complex issues.
- A willingness to learn new approaches and working methods.
Essential Skills:
- A good team player.
- Effective communication skills with people of varying seniority and experience levels.
- Adaptability to tailor approaches according to client requirements.
- Ability to work to deadlines and efficiently manage your workload.
- Technical aptitude and/or interest in technology would be advantageous.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Document Automation Specialist, you will be involved in:
- Automation of questionnaire-based specifications created by our legal team.
- Coding in XML.
- Automating Word and PDF documents.
- Testing processes.
- Collaborating closely with the legal team to address issues arising during the automation process.
