Residential Gas Engineer Specialist

Basic Salary up to £45k-£50k (PAYE) + Bonuses (including profit share and performance related) + Overtime (OTE around £60k-£65k+) + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday

Location of work - West London / Chelsea / Kensington

Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity to join an industry market leader and rapidly growing specialist within the property maintenance, gas and heating industry.

As a Residential Gas Engineer Specialist, you will be working as a Domestic Gas Engineer in a mobile role for a company based in West London. Your role will entail travel in the West London, Chealsea and Kensington area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Joining as a Residential Gas Systems Specialist, you will be working as a Domestic Gas Engineer and Heating Engineer, you'll be responsible for service, repair and breakdown works on a range of domestic gas, boilers and heating systems and throughout residential properties.
• Our client are a very customer focused business, with excellent reviews and who provide an exceptional service to homeowners, landlords and tenants throughout some of the smartest properties in the area. Some being multi-million pound properties.
• Working in high-end properties throughout areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, Holland Park etc.
• Opportunity to join a professional company and be part of a growing and well respected team as a Domestic Gas Engineer.
• Standard 40 hour week, plus call-out rota.

Requirements:

• Hold relevant acs domestic gas certificates such as; - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 etc.
• Have a proven background as a domestic gas engineer.
• Have strong boiler service and breakdown experience.
• Have good multimeter fault-finding skills.
• Be open to minor basic plumbing work as well as gas boiler breakdown and service work.
• Have similar experience working as a Domestic Gas Engineer in domestic properties or high-end residential properties.
