Universal Grinder – Duties:
- Universal Grinding
- Machine tool spindle repair
- Internal and external grinding
- Producing one off's
- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up universal grinding machines, ensuring all tools, fixtures, and materials are in place for efficient operations.
- Grinding Operations: Operate universal grinders to grind and finish metal components to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Quality Control: Inspect workpieces during and after grinding to ensure they meet quality standards and blueprint specifications.
