Job Title: AC/HVAC Project Manager
Location: London & South of England
Salary: £55k - £60K
The Role:
-
Delivery of AC, Ventilation and Mechanical installation projects, from pre-start meeting to handover.

Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times.

Responding to client enquiries in a timely manner.

Maintaining & adhering to any client procedures.
-
Enforcing & adhering to 360 Engineering Ltd policies & procedures without exception.

Enforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exception
The Company:
-
A specialist mechanical contractor working within the construction industry, That design, supply, install, service & maintain air conditioning, heating & ventilation systems to commercial buildings. Established in 2004.

Currently employ 30 people.
Required Knowledge & Experience (preferable)
-
City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
-
Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS
-
Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry
-
Clean full UK driving licence
