A diverse, multi-disciplinary Fire Engineering consultancy based in Westminster is looking for a highly driven Senior Fire Engineer to join their rapidly expanding Fire Engineering team.

The Senior Fire Engineer Role

The successful Senior Fire Engineer will join a team of 15 Fire Engineers varying from graduate to chartered. You will be working on Fire Engineering related projects in the residential, commercial, rail, and retail sectors.

The Senior Fire Engineer will Lead on multiple projects in the UK and internationally. The work will include Fire strategies, Fire statements, external wall surveys, Fire Risk Assessments and the potential of CFD modelling.

The Senior Fire engineer will also have the scope to run a small team as well as liaise with multiple teams to offer Fire Engineering designed support in all stages of RIBA.

The Senior Fire Engineer

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Fire Engineering field
  • Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers
  • BEng or CEng in Fire Engineering or Relevant experience in Fire Engineering
  • Proven experience with a client-engaging environment
  • Experience with EWS-1 and PAS 9980
  • Visiting project/construction sites to advise on the installation of designs.
