Join our dynamic team at the forefront of helicopter manufacturing. We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our Operations department in various projects, including transformation, site move, and infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts for the Operations team
- Manage day-to-day project activities and schedules
- Coordinate work among multifunctional teams
- Monitor project spend and schedule adherence
- Provide internal and customer reporting
- Conduct risk monitoring and control
- Change management expertise
- Project planning and controls experience
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Background in aviation preferred
- Formal project management training (APMP, Prince 2, etc.)
- UK driving license required
- SC clearance and willingness to undergo DBS Security Clearance
- Ability to travel as needed (10% travel required)
- Experience in a 145 environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated with a drive to deliver projects on time
- Ability to break down large problems into achievable goals
