Are you a Finance Manager or similar from an Engineering background or similar for a fully autonomous role where you will be the go to Finance specialist within a dynamic and growing Manufacturing company who are looking to increase their market share in an ever growing market in a role offering a bonus to increase earnings and the opportunity to influence strategy and business decisions going forward?

This company are a tight-knit consultancy who work with a loyal client base across the Aerospace, Defence and Industrial sectors. They have seen rapid growth in recent years to the point they have a full order book going forward and are looking to expand their technical team to further this and compete with some of the largest names in the sector.

In this varied role you will be the go-to finance specialist in the company. You will be responsible for credit control, purchase / sales ledger, reconciliation of accounts, bookkeeping, financial planning and pricing analysis. Further to this you will work closely with the directors and senior leadership on business strategy, budgeting and growth plans.

This exciting role would suit a Finance Manager or similar from an Engineering / Technical Products / Industrial background looking for a dynamic role within a specialist company within Engineering and Aerospace who provide the chance to develop your career going forward and increase your earnings through a bonus.

The Role:

• Be responsible for the overseeing all finance function within the business
• Undertake credit control, bookkeeping, financial planning, pricing analysis, purchase ledger etc.
• Work closely with the directors on budgeting, strategy and growth planning
• Remote role with occasional office visitation
• Ongoing progression and development opportunities
• Liaise with Manager and senior leadership, Clients and key Stakeholders
• Monday-Friday role with flexibility in hours and hybrid work

The Person:

• Finance Manager or similar
• Looking for a hands on role incorporating all elements of finance
• Commutable to Warrington
