This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to work for an established, forward thinking manufacturing company who offer fantastic routes for progression, as well as great benefits and an interesting varied role day to day.

As Senior Quality Engineer, you will be:

• Acting as a Quality and Process Improvement leader through a hands on approach with Production staff and across the wider business
• Identifying areas for improvement and offering insightful, practical solutions
• Travelling between two sites, one in East Kent and one in Mid Kent where required
• Responsible for ISO audits and site quality standards
• Compiling First Article Inspection Reports
• Supporting the Non-Conformance Report process
• Heavily involved in the processes across the manufacturing facility to ensure compliance to standards
• Supporting the Health & Safety Engineer
• Supporting with new projects within the factory
• All associated administrative duties

To be successful in applying for this Senior Quality Engineer role, you will be:

• An experienced Quality Engineer with a proven track record in improving efficiencies
• Qualified in Engineering to at least HNC Level (or equivalent) in a relevant capacity
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards
• Experienced in both internal and external audits
• A LEAN practitioner

For extra points, any knowledge of TS16949, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC and PPAPs…
