Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator the role will be to complete the administration of credit control, sales invoicing, and all aspects of the Customer administration. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding customer service.
As a Sales Administrator you will carry out such task as:
- The accurate and effective delivery of the invoicing function including.
- Responding to all invoice and payment queries.
- Ordering stock and arranging customer appointments.
- To adhere to all company processes and procedures that will promote a more efficient and effective department.
- Generation and analysis of supplier orders.
- To ensure the effective and timely response to all customer requests.
- Responsible for monthly carriage invoicing and reporting.
Experience for Sales Administrator
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Computer literate.
