Senior Building Surveyor

A leading Building Consultancy company with a work hard play hard mentality, are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to work on multiple projects in and around London. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio, and looking for someone to further strengthen the Team and Business.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will be:

• Senior Building Surveyor will be working on refurbishment and redevelopment projects
• Senior Building Surveyor will perform general building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
• Senior Building Surveyor will be able to perform pre-acquisition surveys
• Senior Building Surveyor will be able to act as monitoring surveyor
• Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from a salary from £55K + Package + Bonus

The successful Senior Building Surveyor would have:

• Senior Building Surveyor must come from a consultancy background
• Senior Building Surveyor will have a degree in building surveying
• Senior Building Surveyor will have MRICS
• Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have worked on the system 'Core'
• Senior Building Surveyor will have a strong commercial knowledge
• Senior Building Surveyor will be a commutable distance of Guilford

Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from a salary from £55k + Package + Bonus
