Position: M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Tottenham Court Road
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you an Electrical Bias Engineer with experience in M&E maintenance? Our client in Tottenham Court Road is seeking an M&E Engineer to join their team. This role offers a salary of £42,000 per annum, with a focus on planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
- Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to work on TMV, AHU, FCU, VAV, and CRAC units.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Level 3 2330/2365 Electrical Installation qualification.
- Proven experience in PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with TMV, AHU, FCU, VAV, and CRAC units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
