TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation recruiting for a Multiskilled Electrician to work in Manchester Civil Justice Centre on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Electrical Buildings Services Engineering plant, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure that routine PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) is carried out to electrical plant in accordance with Site task and CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
• Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
• Be available for out of hours call-out support for the contract on a on call Rota basis.

What we require from you?

• Successful candidate will have the ability to fault find, diagnose, and rectify both Electrical and Mechanical faults and issues unaided.
• 4 Year experience in a similar role and or relevant qualification
• Electrical Installation part 1,2 and 3
• 18th Edition
• Test and Inspect
• Desirable, L8 Water Treatment
• Desirable experience working on HVAC system.
