Are you a technical AV professional with experience in the live events sector who is looking for more work life balance, autonomy and to be part of a new and fast growing team within a well established organisation? If you have a client facing personality and experience working with venue teams and third party suppliers on high-end corporate events, this could be an amazing opportunity to develop within a successful family-feel audio-visual organisation. Progression towards senior project management is available in the near future as the team expands.

Our client is a well established audio-visual event production specialist, looking to support a Technical AV Project Manager with on the job development whilst working directly with clients. You will need to specify and deliver projects with support from a knowledgeable and high achieving team, utilising a strong technological understanding of AV solutions for live events and of what it takes to deliver them.

Your Role as a Technical AV Project Manager will Include:
* Specification and design of audio-visual solutions for live events
* Conducting meetings and site visits with clients and consulting on briefs
* On site delivery, leading teams of internal, freelance and local crew on site
* Creating CAD drawings, schematics and cable plans

The successful Technical AV Project Manager will need:
* Direct experience specifying and delivering audio-visual production solutions for live events
* Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues, partners, crew and clients
* UK driving licence
