This is a great chance for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Building Service Maintenance provider covering several commercial sites within the City of London. The role will be covering PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. This is a great chance for an engineer to gain more coverage on several commercial sites, building relationships with clients.
A comprehensive travel card will be provided, ensuring hassle-free access to all sites and allowing you to focus on what you do best. This role is not just about technical prowess; it's also about building relationships. Duties:
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler systems
- AHUs, FCUs
- Generators
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Pumps & Motors
- BMS Operation
- Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors,
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Prior Building Service Maintenance experience (3 years prior)
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with site folders, E-logbooks and other forms of documentations
Salary and Benefits:
- £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + Zone 1 and Zone 2 Travel Card
- Monday - Friday, 8 -5
- 25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays
