An electric car developer whose mission is to bring real engagement and emotion to driving electric performance vehicles is currently looking for a Battery Build Technician. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and technicians to assemble and test battery packs, ensuring they meet exact standards for safety, quality, and performance.
 
The Battery Build Technician will:

• Perform functional tests on completed battery packs to verify performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to battery pack assembly and functionality.
• Precisely assemble battery packs according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections to ensure all battery packs meet established standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production staff, and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals.

 
The Battery Build Technician will have:

• A technical certification in electrical / electronic engineering or related subject.
• Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production roles, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
• IT Literacy and ability to utilise CAD Viewers & PLM database systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
