Tube Bending operator / Operative / Overhead crane Operator

Paying up to £12.60 p/h 

Permanent role based in Walsall commutable from Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Lichfield,  and surrounding areas 

Our client is looking for an experienced Tube bender or general operative that has worked within the engineering industry to join their expanding team.

Interviewing immediately

Start time 07.54. Finish time 16.30. Monday to Thursday

Start time 07.54. Finish time 13.30. Friday.

Overtime paid at a premium

JOB PURPOSE

To report to the fabrication Supervisor

To heat bend heavy metal tubes 
To read design drawings 

To have experience in driving an overhead crane would be desirable 


The Tube Bending operative / Overhead crane operator / operative 

CANDIDATE:

• Ability to heat weld large metal tubes 
• Experience in driving an overhead crane would be desirable 
• Very good Mathematic skills in angles 
• More than 3 years industry experience within a steel environment
• Ability to carry out heavy lifting tasks 
• Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
