This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a solid background working in either Main Contractors or specialist Electrical Sub-Contractors.

While some remote work is available, the nature of the projects requires a significant on-site presence, applicants mus live within a sensible daily commutable distance.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

• Be an M&E specialist
• Have a minimum of 4 years' industry experience
• Demonstrable experience within the rail sector
• Proficiency with NEC suite of contracts, particularly Option E and A
• Hold the right to live and work in the UK
