Position: Technical Sales Engineer
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our Client, design, develops and manufactures equipment for the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Telecommunications and Aerospace markets. They now require a Technical Sales Engineer who will be responsible for identifying, developing, winning, and maintaining business with new and existing customers and organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internally communicating and co-ordinating customer needs and aspirations.
- Developing effective business relationships
- Market research for product and strategy decisions
- Performing activities to identify and position the Company, its future products and capability into a potentially winning position.
- Obtaining, assessing and developing business relationships and opportunities.
- Leading the preparation and submission of bids, quotes or proposals.
- Maintaining an up to date, accurate and complete data base of opportunities.
We anticipate that you will have:
- Good general standard of Education (Math & English)
- Confidence, adaptability and ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of £28,000 to £35,000 (dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
