We are a groundworks and civil engineering subcontractor that provides solutions for national and regional housebuilders.
Experience within a similar role (4-5 years experience)
Responsibilities and experience
- Topographical surveys
- Asbuilt surveys
- Produce survey drawings
- Site survey control network and precise traversing
- Drone surveys experience would be beneficial
- CAD (AutoCAD or BricsCAD)
- LSS / N4ce / Agtek / Civil 3D or a similar software
- Basic 3D site models
- Calculating earthworks volumes and generating isopachyte drawings would be beneficial
- Competent using Leica Total Station and GPS
- Must hold valid CSCS card
- Must hold valid UK Driving License
