We have a brand-new opportunity for a CNC Turner at our prestigious Manufacturing client, based near Fareham. This fast-growing organisation specialises in supplying world class precision engineering of complex components to the Aerospace and Oil and Gas industries and have fantastic purpose-built premises.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in operating, setting and running of CNC Lathes of 2 Axis and also using driven tool Lathes and or experience in using 5 axis
- Good knowledge in tool setting and tooling requirements.
- Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to repeat correct manufacturing requirements.
- Used to working with High Tensile and Ultra High Tensile materials.
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and Route Cards.
- Ability to successfully use tools such a micrometres.
Offering:
- £33K - £37,500K
- 6am-2pm and 2pm-11pm alternate weeks with a 6pm Friday finish on lates.
- 25 days plus bank holidays
