Role Description

Working for one of the largest construction groups in the UK This is a on-site / remote on occasion role for a Fire Marshall Trainer covering the south of England As a Fire Marshall Trainer, your main responsibility is to provide training and educate employees on fire safety protocols and procedures. You will conduct fire drills, develop emergency evacuation plans, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will assess fire risks, inspect fire equipment, and provide recommendations for improvements.

At least one to two days works a week.

£300 per day (session) – session is only 4-5 hours though.

uniform – literature provided as well as transport / Allowances when on the road.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Fire Marshall or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of fire safety protocols and regulations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to organize and conduct fire drills
  • Experience in developing emergency evacuation plans
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess fire risks and provide recommendations
  • Knowledge of fire equipment and inspection procedures
  • Relevant certifications in fire safety and training
