PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - DUBLIN, IRELAND

🔍 Scope of the Role:

• Lead project management and oversee bid proposals for clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop and present proposals to stakeholders

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documentation and establish project execution plans
• Manage bid project resources, including estimating and preconstruction teams
• Present proposals internally and in client meetings
• Collaborate with designers on detailed design development
• Identify and assemble project teams
• Develop responses to tender deliverables
• Drive critical reviews and propose alternative delivery methods
• Coordinate project logistics and supply chain partnerships
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans

🎓 Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or similar)
• 5-10 years of experience, including 5 years in Project Management
• Prior experience in Preconstruction Project Management
